Click to get preapprovedCrafted from high-strength extruded aluminum, the Hillsboro 2000 Series enhances payload efficiency without compromising durability. It features 3″ aluminum I-beam crossmembers spaced ~16″ apart, an extruded rubrail, and tie-rails with integrated stake pockets for secure cargo tie-down. The adjustable-height headache rack uses square-tube louvers, and LED lights (stop/turn/tail + backup) provide visibility. Structural steel channel long sills adjust to 34″, 38″, or 42″ frames, and a 30K gooseneck plate with flush cover supports towing. With a 3-year structural warranty, the 2000 Series Aluminum flat deck delivers lightweight strength and corrosion resistance — ideal for service trucks and commercial applications
The 2000 Series is an all-aluminum flatbed for Ford, Ram, and GM single- or dual-rear-wheel applications where corrosion resistance and lower body weight matter.
This available unit is listed as 84 x 102 for SWLB. Compare the listed width, length, cab-to-axle measurement, and frame width with the truck configuration. Confirm whether the standard 30K gooseneck plate and the unit's receiver or other installed towing equipment suit the intended trailer.
This listing is for Hillsboro 2000, serial 77132. Use the displayed specifications to compare available decks, then let our team verify the exact unit, truck fitment, installed equipment, and current availability before you make a purchase decision.
Compatibility must be checked against the exact truck. Share the year, make, model, cab and chassis configuration, single- or dual-rear-wheel setup, and cab-to-axle or bed measurement. Frame width, fuel-fill routing, towing hardware, electrical connections, and existing equipment may also affect the installation.
Photos can represent the model family and may show optional equipment. Ask which deck, features, accessories, and labour are included in the quote, especially when you need a gooseneck or receiver hitch, toolboxes, lighting, mud flaps, or other additions. Price and availability can change as an individual deck is sold or assigned to another installation, so refer to the serial number when contacting us.
Installation scheduling depends on the truck, selected deck, accessories, and required upfit work. Pickup is coordinated from Diamond Valley, while delivery elsewhere in Alberta may be negotiated for the project. Adding a deck and equipment changes the completed truck's available payload. Check the vehicle manufacturer's GVWR, axle ratings, towing limits, and final vehicle weight before loading or towing.
